• Implementation of modern web applications and portals within an interdisciplinary team  
• Analysis of customer requirements and planning of the necessary tasks  
• Overall content and technical oversight of the project, identifying technical debt and avoiding over-engineering  
• Supporting your teammates through code reviews, active feedback, and breaking down requirements into manageable tasks  
• Mentoring and providing professional guidance to junior developers  
• Taking independent responsibility for contributing to the organization of the team, workflows, and chosen technologies  

Extensive Experience (at least 5 years)...

• in the development of software web applications, both server-side and client-side  
• in the (intentional) use of application frameworks, e.g., Symfony, Next.js, etc.  
• with software and system architecture, as well as the implementation of interfaces  
• with the use of peripheral systems (databases, key-value stores, search engines, etc.)  
• in requirements analysis, customer communication, and effort estimation  
• in providing professional guidance to junior colleagues  
• in collaboration within interdisciplinary teams (specifically with UX, UI, QA)  
• in programming structured, maintainable, and testable code (understanding of YAGNI, KISS, DRY, SOLID, SoC, etc.)
